You need to get AMX Mod X 1.8.1 to let tis work , if you don't have it here is the link for download ,get the latest amx ( [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] )
most of the cs mod need amx mod x.

I have already give a tutorial how to install amxx u can refer to that if u dont have

naybe try reinstalling cs and then put  dis it happened to me once then i reinstalled now its working fine
