My first suggestion

1) delete closed topics after 2 dayz
2) admin and mods should be online in chat whenever he comes online
3)change background if possible just a suggestion no hard feelings ... black bcumz too dark to c other site options

The first one is not possible as new comers will make new threads on the same topic resulting in spam.
